Vermont Folklife Center
September 2016 – present: With a primary emphasis on cultivating major donors to increase connectedness and operating income, I collaborate with the development team and the Board on growing the Folklife Center’s capacity to fulfill its mission and deliver programs statewide. Responsibilities include oversight of development strategy; growth in giving and numbers of donors based on shared interests and ongoing reporting of results; messaging; and twice-annual appeals. Position is halftime.

Middlebury Natural Foods Co-op
August – November 2016: Helped raise $1 million in 8 weeks as coordinator of Co-op’s store expansion Member Loan Drive. Coordinated work of 3 staff “callers” and closely collaborated with Co-op general manager and outside consultant. Raised $100,000 in pre-kickoff loans. Oversaw marketing & publicity, all-member mailings, follow-up calls and mailings, and solicited loans.
