I am passionate about helping people, organizations, and communities thrive in a changing world – and more specifically the role LANGUAGE plays in either furthering or thwarting those endeavors. WORDS MATTER: which are chosen, how they are delivered, to whom, and in what context. Language can either ADVANCE UNDERSTANDING, trust, and collective ACHIEVEMENT or it can lead to misunderstanding, resentment, and inaction.

I leave assumptions at the door, and ask clients to do the same. I understand that each organization is unique, with its own culture, history, personality, and challenges. And I know that each of us harbors assumptions that can be blinders, hampering understanding and narrowing vision. I therefore offer fresh perspectives and sometimes SURPRISING SOLUTIONS to help clients fully recognize their strengths and weaknesses. That knowledge clarifies the way forward—a PATH TO RESULTS.
